San Jose State endured a demanding early-season schedule with road games at Utah, UC Santa Barbara, and Michigan State, before blowing out small-school Bethesda 110-56 on Monday. Colby Garland led six double-figure scorers with 17 points for the Spartans, who are 6-0 ATS in their past six games following a win by at least 20 points. The Spartans had to rebuild again after losing most of their starters to the transfer portal. Still, they are quickly gaining valuable experience playing against some of the better teams in the country.
