SMU at SE Missouri State

I think the Mustangs might feel slighted here on the road vs. a historically terrible team and not the favorite. Southeast Missouri State owns 19 wins over Div-1 opponents, dating back to January of 2008. Although they are better, they are stepping up here vs. a Conference USA team. SMU is 5-4, but a loss to Jackson State by 1 point in their last game has this line held in check. There is a marked difference here in an anticipated close game against SEMST, and that is their horrific free-throw shooting at 60.6% for the season - that is a difference maker. The Redhawks are also sporting a not-so desirable 12-26-1 ATS mark in their last 39 home games while SMU is raking in the road cash at 9-2 ATS in their last 11. Play on SMU in this one.
