San Diego State at Gonzaga

This is a big test early for both teams as Gonzaga, always good, face a veteran and very good San Diego State team. Steve Fisher has assembled a talented group, but this is a tall task for his Aztecs. San Diego State had trouble shaking Long Beach State until a second half run put them away, and looked a little out of sync. Gonzaga is its usual self, scoring over 100 a game through their first two and shooting a lights-out 57%. The Bulldogs are nearly impossible to beat in Spokane, which should spell the difference here. Gonzaga always brings their best vs. good teams having now gone 8-2 ATS vs. teams with a winning percentage of greater than .600. Gonzaga gets this one.
