Rutgers at Iowa

For the most part Rutgers had difficulty competing in the Big East, and their problems have certainly not eased any moving over to the Big-10. The Scarlett Knights have dropped nine straight games. Fortunately the oddsmakers have pushed value their way, because we are not liking them to win here, but to just be competitive. Despite the goose egg in the win column lately, they have been a perfect 4-0 ATS in their last four when taking +11.5 or more points. Iowa's NCAA Tournament resume is becoming very tarnished with just two wins in their last seven games, so there is not a lot of value here to advance themselves vs. a poor Rutgers team, so continued sloppy play is more likely than not here. The Hawkeyes seldom stop the bleeding as they are now 2-12 ATS in their last 14 after a loss. Take the points on Rutgers.
