Rider vs. Syracuse

The Syracuse program has had issues with covid-19, and even Head Coach Jim Boeheim had a bout with it. Now it has sidelined his son, and the best Syracuse player, and scorer Buddy Boeheim, who is sitting out because of contact tracing. Chad Owens will likely join him. Syracuse was unimpressive in its opener vs Bryant where they squeezed out a 1 point win. The Syracuse zone made adjustments holding Niagara to 45 points and 27.7% shooting. The Cuse offense will likely be more deliberate without Boeheim, and the zone appears to be fully effective. Rider will be playing their first game of the season, and against the Syracuse zone may be severely impacted on offense. Make the play on the UNDER.
