Rice at Louisiana Tech

Louisiana Tech has one of their best basketball teams in a while at 15-4 to start the season. They may be facing somewhat of a letdown as they saw their 7 games winning streak come to an end at the hands of UAB their last time out. Rice is a competent team at 11-7 and the Owls are 6-3 in their last 9. This will be a big number for the Bulldogs to tackle in a team that may not be in the best of emotional states after a winning streak has ended. Winning streaks tend to keep a team highly focused, but the game after it ends sometimes makes it difficult to summon that same amount of energy. I like Rice in this one.
