Purdue at Ball State

The Purdue Boilermakers are one of 10-15 teams that have a chance to cut down the nets at the end of March Madness. They dropped their two games to the better teams in the nation, but have otherwise been unstoppable. The Boilermakers have put up an average of 79 points per game against the rest of their schedule. Ball State certainly can't be classified as a top team. The Cardinals had a good run a few years ago, but this team pales in contrast to those elite Cardinals teams - and they certainly won't stop Purdue from reaching the 75-80+ point-mark in this one. Despite an easy schedule, the Cardinals have gone just 4-3 and have not faced a team that can score like Purdue. The likelihood of Purdue touching 80 points here is very real, which that leaves the Cardinals to produce 50, which is a pretty good bet. I like this one to go OVER the posted total.
