Portland State at Portland

This year's in-state rivalry game takes on a bit more importance as both of these teams are off to good starts. Portland State was slow out of the gate but have notched a pair of quality wins in their last two lined games. The Vikings took down Pepperdine on the road by six points as an 11.5 point dog, and followed that with a four-point win at San Francisco as a 9.5 point dog. I think the line is overdone, especially in a heated rivalry game, and this will be the biggest number Portland has taken on all season as a favorite, against a team that is playing very well lately. Portland State has double-revenge going for this one, and may have enough to pull off another upset, but will at least hang around to get the money. Take the points on Portland State.
