Portland State at Colorado State

Colorado State had to virtually start over this year as they lost four starters from last year's team and 85% of their offense. The returning starter is a 7-footer, Stuart Creason who averaged double-digit scoring last season. But, this team is playing like a more mature team. After an opening game thrashing at Montana, they have made it to the final round of the Top of the World Classic by beating Oregon State and Tennessee State. They were underdogs in both of those games as they are in this one. Portland State has also pulled off a couple of upsets over IUPUI and Akron to land here. These two teams appear pretty even but CSU has the shooting advantage in our opinion. We like the Rams' chance to win and with the points, we'll back them.
