Portland vs. Villanova

They have already dropped 2 games playing as a favorite and 3 of their games have been decided by 4 or fewer points. Portland is getting this game in Oregon, and they will be a fan favorite, as they are local, and an underdog. The Pilots were impressive in their opening round game vs #1 North Carolina as they easily covered in a much closer game than expected, losing by just 8 points. I think Villanova is vulnerable here after a near-miss 2 point loss sends them to the loser's bracket. Make the play on Portland.
