Pepperdine at San Diego

The 2nd round of the West Coast Conference will feature 13-19 Pepperdine taking on 17-14 San Diego in Las Vegas. These teams have split a pair of games this season, with the combined winning margin of just eight points, so another competitive game is in the offing. Pepperdine opened tournament play with a bang, as they absolutely destroyed Pacific 102-43 in the first round. They shot 60% for the game, but don't expect a repeat here. Pepperdine delived big on the defensive end where they held Pacific to 25% shooting, and San Diego has really been slumping offensively as the Toreros have shot 40.9% or worse in their last five games.
