Pepperdine at Northern Arizona

Easy to dismiss this one as a higher scoring game when you see a 37 starring at you that Pepperdine hung up on UCLA. Well, Northern Arizona is not UCLA, but that blemish gives a bump of value on the upside of the total here. The Wave is a bit better than they have been the past few years with wins vs. Hawaii and Arizona State that can attest to that. The Lumberjacks bit the bullet on offense in their last game posting a 39 on Arizona, but again, different level of competition here.  A further impact on lowering the total here. While the wave may not find the hoop vs. the Pac-12, they certainly have dropped their share of points on Big Sky opponents with all of their last five topping the total and rolling to a 5-2 ATS mark in their last seven following a win. The Lumberjacks weighted down in out of conference tilts now at 1-6 ATS in their last seven. The Wave should also control the glass here and the offensive glass will prove decisive in two ways, easy points, and pushing the total. Take Pepperdine and the OVER in this one.
