Pennsylvania at Monmouth

The Monmouth Hawks have had two strong years with a talented and experienced team. Unfortunately, most of those players have moved on and the Hawks have just one returning starter this season. They are off to a 2-3 start, and fresh off a loss to UNC Asheville by an eye-opening 11 points. It's needless to say that this is a rebuilding year. They have truly lacked the ability to knock down shots, shooting a woeful 32.7% vs. Asheville marks a pair of consecutive games that have been held to 33% or less shooting. Penn has shot the ball well, but out of a methodical pace that has seen each of their last two games show 110 or fewer combined shots. This game is going to have a tough time getting into the 140s, so go with the UNDER.
