Duke got very lucky the other night at home against Virginia Tech, but do not expect them to sweat here against an inferior Quaker team. Penn was run out of the Palestra against Colorado at home. Duke is 13-4 ATS after playing a game as a home favorite over the last 2 seasons. The VaTech game grabbed Duke's attention and it will throttle Penn tonight. Two stars on the Dukies.
