Penn State at UCLA

The UCLA Bruins have really improved since the start of the season. The Bruins opened at 11-6, but have won 6 straight games to move to 17-6 on the season. Penn St. is 13-10 overall, but 3-9 in conference play.  Penn St. is sneaky, and despite being just three games over .500 on the season, they have a scoring margin of +9ppg on the season. They are a very strong shooting team connecting at 48% on the season, and play at a slow pace. Getting a lot of points with a good shooting team in a low-possession game is a good place to be. Over their last seven conference games, Penn St. has covered 5 of them and lost by eight or fewer points in all but one of them. I like Penn St. in this one.
