Penn State at Purdue

Purdue is going to lose their No. 1 ranking as they were blitzed by Nebraska on the road in their last game. The Boilermakers didn't just lose, they lost by 16. They also own a loss to Northwestern, so this team has been a bit choppy. Penn St. has played well in a lot of spots this season, and have covered games at Maryland, and at Ohio St. already. There are no gifts in the Big-10, and it could be easy for Purdue to slide back some in this game, especially with a much bigger game on deck at Indiana. Purdue has failed to cover three of their last four games, including both games where they were posted as a double-digit favorite. I think the Nitany Lions can hand inside an inflated nimber.
