Kentucky comes off an 80-55 win over Mount St. Mary's that stayed UNDER, even with a low posted total and while shooting 53%. The reason is the Wildcats took only 10 3-pointers and made four while holding the Mountaineers to 34% shooting overall. The Wildcats didn't shoot many 3-pointers last season either, although John Calipari brought in a strong recruiting class to hopefully improve in that department. Kentucky is allowing 64.7 points per game, and Ohio allows 69.0. Both teams play good defense on long-range shots with Kentucky holding opponents to a .259 3-point percentage compared to .306 for the Bobcats.
