Northwestern at Wisconsin

Well, that didn't take long. Big Ten Conference teams already are beginning league play, starting here with Wisconsin hosting Northwestern. Yes, Wisconsin is tough at home. But they are overpriced at this point spread. Each team is 5-2. Northwestern has revenge for a 70-63 loss to the Badgers in the second round of the Big Ten Tournament last year. The Badgers hold a backcourt edge with Nick Boyd and John Blackwell. The checkmark goes to Northwestern in the frontcourt with Nick Martinelli and Arrinten Page. Martinelli is one of the better players in the country. The senior is averaging 20.6 points and 6.6 rebounds per game. Northwestern covered against Virginia at a neutral site in its only previous game as an underdog this season, losing 83-78 while getting 5.5 points.
