Northern Illinois at Toledo

The Toledo Rockets parlayed an easy schedule to open the season with a 12-0 start, but failed to get national recognition. The problem was that there were simply no notable wins, and the team record has them looking a lot better than they really are. Northern Illinois is far from a good team, but they are considerably improved over a year ago.
