The Northern Illinois Huskies did not fare well in their first two games vs. solid teams in Iowa and Northern Iowa. They have picked up the pieces and won four straight as they take on SIU Edwardsville. Perhaps most telling of this Edwardsville team is getting by Quincy at home by just nine points and squeaking out a two-point win vs. Incarnate Word. They have been blown out in their other three games. Northern Illinois has been a glass-eater thus far as they hold an 11.3 margin on the glass through six games. SIU has been negative on the glass and that will be decisive tonight. Take Northern Illinois.
