Northern Illinois at Idaho

The Northern Illinois Huskies are unbeaten with a stunning upset at Wisconsin under their belts. Coach Mark Montgomery was an assistant on Tom Izzo's staff at Michigan State for nine years before taking over. It's taken a while, but his recruiting has finally hit pay-dirt this season with a slew of talented young players. The Huskies had the best recruiting class in the conference, featuring a trio of three-star recruits. Newcomer Guard Marshawn Wilson (12 points per game) is leading the team and 6-8 Jaylen Key (9.4 ppg, 4.6 rebounds per game) has been a force, while three-star forward Levi Bradley, 6-6 Freshman Austin Pauga and JUCO transfer 7-foot Andrew Zelis help off the bench. It's a very different -- and better -- team than last year's. The Huskies are 5-1-1 ATS on the road and face an Idaho team off a 75-58 loss to Samford as a favorite, with 20 turnovers while shooting 16-of-29 from the line. The Vandals are 1-4 ATS following a loss, so grab the undefeated visitors and play Northern Illinois.
