North Carolina at Notre Dame

North Carolina is completely demoralized after losing yet another last-second heartbreaker, this time against Virginia on Saturday after losing a similar game versus Duke the week before. The Tar Heels have lost five in a row and likely will not be playing in any postseason tournament. Notre Dame had covered six in a row before being pounded by Duke, 94-60, on Saturday while shooting only 36.5 percent. The Fighting Irish will be anxious to atone for that performance, and they are 13-10-2 ATS this season compared to 9-16 ATS for the Heels. The home team has covered seven of the last nine meetings, and I look for that trend to continue tonight. Lay the points with Notre Dame.
