Norfolk State at UTEP

Norfolk State has a losing record overall as well as on the road. They have had a brutal schedule, playing few home games, and this is their fifth straight road contest. Not surprisingly Norfolk State looks out of gas, losing three in a row by 19, 16, and 14 points. Texas-El Paso is home and in bounce back mode after a rivalry loss at home to New Mexico State, so this is their second straight home contest, as well as playing three of four at home.
