Niagara at Rider

When Antoine Mason transferred to Auburn, the Niagara Purple Eagles lost their best scorer, and knew replacing his points was going to make for a difficult campaign. They have certainly lived up to that poor billing having suffered through a season that has left them at 5-21. They have been a lot more competitive in recent games however, as they threw up a stinker vs. Quinnipiac, but that was the only game in their last 7 that they lost by more than 9 points. Rider is 19-9 on the strength of 5 straight wins, but have yet to tackle a double-digit line on the season, as their high has been -9 and they could not get the cover, and in fact needed overtime to sneak a 2 point win away.
