New Mexico vs. Dixie State

New Mexico is in a down year, but the Lobos have an opportunity to get back in the winning column against Dixie State, which is in its first season as a Division I school. The Trailblazers haven't played since December 29 when they were destroyed 112-67 by Gonzaga while allowing the Bulldogs to shoot 60 percent from the field. That kind of performance doesn't inspire much confidence in an up-and-coming squad. The Lobos have played a much tougher schedule than Dixie State and they enjoyed easy wins against lesser opponents earlier in the season when they actually were 3-0 at one point.
