North Carolina State at Seton Hall

NC State impressed in head coach Kevin Keatts's first season, winning 21 games. The defense is exceptional at coming up with steals and they ranked second in the ACC in three-point shooting defense (.316%). The Wolfpack is 37-19 ATS as a neutral court underdog or pick, as well as 40-21 ATS off an upset loss as a favorite. They are also 10-4 UNDER the total in NCAA Tournament games. They match up well with a Seton Hall squad that plays strong defense, among the nation's leaders in blocked shots and rebounds, while great at defending the three. But on offense Seton Hall is not healthy as leading scorer Desi Rodriguez is still healing from a serious ankle injury he suffered against Providence a few weeks ago and is still not 100%. In their lone Big East tourney game, Rodriguez came off the bench and played only 16 minutes. Coach Kevin Willard is 76-50 UNDER the total when facing a team with a winning record. Seton Hall has lost in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in each of the last two seasons and hasn't won a tournament game since 2004, so back the overachieving and healthy dog in a defensive duel.
