Richmond has the luxury of four seniors in the starting lineup, including forwards Grant Golden and Nathan Cayo, and guards Jacob Gilyard and Nick Sherod. And all four can score. In addition, the Spiders feature junior Tyler Burton, the Atlantic-10 Most Improved Player last season. North Carolina Central lost six of its last seven games, including a 29-point blowout loss to Norfolk State in the conference tournament. The Eagles went 5-9 in 2020-21 and return just one starter. They went just 1-8 ATS in their final nine games. Richmond is poised to have a breakout season after suffering some injuries and some COVID-related disruptions last year. Take Richmond.
