Middle Tenn State at Mississippi

Middle Tennessee State has picked up where it left off last season with a 6-1 start this year. The Blue Raiders return their top two scorers in Giddy Potts and Reggie Upshaw along with Arkansas transfer Jacorey Williams, who scored 25 points and pulled down 10 rebounds in the 66-55 win over Evansville on Sunday. Upshaw added 14 points as the Blue Raiders shot 48.1 percent. Mississippi is 5-1, but just 2-4 ATS, with its only loss coming against Creighton. The Rebels enter this one off an 86-81 win over Montana on Thursday as a 12-point favorite. Deandre Burnett scored 21 points and Sebastian Saiz grabbed 13 rebounds. MTSU has covered the number in nine of its last 13 non-conference games and Ole Miss is just 1-5 ATS over its last six games as a favorite. Take the points and play Middle Tennessee.
