Indiana has lost four straight games, leaving them on the NCAA Tournament bubble. There is a great deal of urgency for the Hoosiers to beat Minnesota at home, something they have accomplished nine consecutive times. Indiana is celebrating Senior Day, and much of its rotation is composed of seniors. The 17-12 Hoosiers have a talent edge on Minnesota, a strong home court, and motivation. Gophers first-year head coach Niko Medved has done a nice job in getting Minnesota to 14-15. But the fatigue of a long season will catch up to the Gophers, who have been forced to play just six players because of multiple injuries. Forward Jaylen Crocker-Johnson is the major loss for Minnesota. He's been out indefinitely since Feb. 8 with a foot injury. Crocker-Johnson is the team's second-leading scorer, leading rebounder, and top shot blocker. The Gophers have gone three straight games now with five players logging 37-plus minutes. That is going to catch up to them. Take Indiana.
