Michigan at Penn State

There isn't a lot to be said, except Michigan has had their worst season in decades at 8-23. This team produced points in the easier part of their schedule, and it looks like they had success offensively this season as they averaged 73.5 PPG. A closer look shows why the Wolverines could not win as they averaged just 64 PPG in their last 11. That was a product of being over-matched and trying to compensate for that by slowing the games down. Penn St. with a win can get to .500. These teams played to the UNDER in the only meeting this season, and that was before Michigan began slowing things down. These teams went through a 10-1 stretch against each other to the OVER, but the last six have seen four UNDER, and I don't think Michigan can contribute enough to push this one over the top. Make the play UNDER the total.
