Michigan State at Kansas

Kansas lost three starters but, as usual, coach Bill Self just reloads with more top talent. This year is no different as he brings in 6-9 forward Dedric Lawson plus three McDonald's All-Americans, including guard Quentin Grimes. This will be a bigger team with more depth than last season's squad and it still returns guard Lagerald Vick for consistent scoring in the backcourt. The Jayhawks are favored again to win the Big 12 title after losing to eventual National Champion, Villanova, in the NCAA Tournament. Michigan State was 0-5 ATS over its last five games last season and lost five key players. Also, the Spartans are 0-5 ATS their last five neutral-site games. This game is being played in Indianapolis and Kansas is a small favorite although the Jayhawks have the big edge in talent and depth. Lay the points with Kansas.
