Mercer at Davidson

Mercer lost its top three scorers this season, but the Bears still have won their first three games. Mercer's defense has been the story as it is holding opponents to just 37.1 percent from the field and 28.8 percent from three-point range. Mercer beat Alabama State 70-49 on Thursday as Phillip Leonard led his team with 14 points. Davidson is shooting 43.9 percent and is off an 82-81 win over College of Charleston. Peyton Aldridge led with 21 points and Jack Gibbs added 18. The posted total has been inflated somewhat due to Davidson's recent showings, however, and Mercer's defense is underrated.  Play UNDER the total here.
