Maryland has won and covered the past three meetings with an average winning margin of 13.3 points and this is the first one this season. The Terrapins have won and covered two in a row against Minnesota and Iowa and both as big underdogs. They used only eight players and shot 53 percent against the Hawkeyes on Wednesday. Rutgers is on a seven-game losing streak, including a 32-point loss at UCLA before losing 80-68 to Nebraska on Feb. 7. The Scarlet Knights are 0-6 ATS their past six games as favorites. They have lost 10 of their past 13 Sunday games. The Terrapins appear to be turning it around while Rutgers looks hopeless. Take Maryland.
