Minnesota has the sixth best defense in the Big Ten. However, the Gophers rank last in the conference in free throw percentage and play at the 16th-slowest pace in the nation averaging only 63.3 possessions a game. Those are disadvantages for a team laying this many points. Maryland has owned this series, too, winning 11 of the last 12 meetings. Take Maryland.
