Siena has had success this season despite a lengthy covid-19 layoff. The Saints only managed to play 13 games this season. They went through a 3-week layoff and while the wins have kept coming, they have failed to cover all 3 games since their return to the court. This will also be their 5th game in 8 days, and for a team that has not played a lot of basketball, they may run out of gas late.
