Kentucky has won two games in the SEC Tournament for the first time since the 2017-18 season after beating Missouri, 78-72, and LSU, 87-82, the past two days. The Wildcats have momentum. But now they are up against SEC champion Florida. Kentucky will be playing for the third straight day. Florida has had six straight days off. So any Kentucky fatigue will be offset by potential rust in Florida. The Wildcats' motivation and momentum should allow them to push through any weariness. Kentucky has the offense to stay competitive. The Wildcats average 84 points a game, 47th-best in the country. Otega Oweh is averaging 22 points in the SEC Tournament. He is the first Wildcat to score at least 21 points in the first two games of an SEC Tournament since Jamal Murray in 2016. The two teams just met on March 7. Florida won, 84-77. The Gators also defeated the Wildcats, 92-83, at home on Feb. 14, but failed to cover as 12.5-point favorites. So the average Kentucky loss to Florida this season is eight points. Take Kentucky.
