Jacksonville State at SE Missouri State

Southeast Missouri State spent a lot of time in the Ohio Valley Conference basement. But, the program has taken a step forward the past couple years, as they enter this game at .500 with a 13-13 record. That may be a bit misleading as they opened the season at 7-2 with a pair of wins vs. Division-3 teams, but are just 6-11 since. They have not beaten a single team since the end of November by more than 10 points, so there is a strong chance that Jacksonville State holds their own here. The Gamecocks are on a 5-game losing streak, but they faced a tough part of their schedule in losing to all good teams, at or near the top of the conference. The Red Hawks are just 1-9 ATS in their last 10 vs. a losing team, and have failed to cover each of their last seven at home. Go with Jacksonville State.
