IPFW at Detroit

IPFW has had a thrilling start at 9-3. One of their wins was a three-point win at home over Indiana. This is a team that is capable of scoring, but perhaps the better side is the defense, which held the Hoosiers to 40% shooting. The Mastadons have smothered opponents, holding eight of their last nine to 42% or less shooting. Detroit is an ugly 2-9 out of the gate, and just 1-9 vs. FBS teams. IPFW is 18-7 to the UNDER when they face a poor passing team, one that averages 12 or fewer passes per game. I don't see a high total going down with just one competent offense. Take the UNDER in this one.
