Iowa at Penn State

The Penn State Nittany Lions have rebounded from a bad stretch where they lost six straight games to have gone 4-2 in their last six. Those four wins include wins at Indiana, as well as at Ohio State. Iowa was once 15-3 and under the radar, but they are not anymore, and have actually become somewhat overrated. The Hawkeyes enjoy the #15 ranking, but there has been nothing easy about their last six games where they are a pedestrian 3-3. Iowa owns just two wins all season on the road by more than 7 points this season, and I think the line is overdone here vs. a Penn State squad that is improving, and playing with confidence. Penn State has produced a 10-4-1 ATS record in a game following a win over their last 15, and Iowa has struggled here at just 2-5 ATS in their last seven. Play on Penn State.
