Indiana State at Illinois State

Indiana St. should have been in the NCAA Tournament last year. They lost a lot of those players, including Robbie Avila, who is at St. Louis this year. Both teams are 3-5 in the conference, but Illinois is 11-8 on the season and Indiana St. is 9-10. Indiana looks bad after four straight conference losses, but that is where value comes from. These teams each make 10 three-pointers a game. The defense for these teams shows to be a wash, so this looks more like those games with a 3-4 point line, and Indiana St. has the metrics to play with Illinois St. In what should be a back and forth battle, I'm backing Indiana St.
