Howard at South Carolina State

The Howard Bison will hit the road and play at South Carolina State Bulldogs. This is an interesting game because these teams usually play to high totals but haven't achieved many of them. In the last nine games, these teams played to a total in the 150s. This game is playing to a total of less than 150 as of this writing. Both times these teams faced off with a game total of fewer than 150 points, the games both went UNDER the total. Both teams take fewer than 60 shots per contest because they both play in the half-court. History has a part in this one. I like the UNDER.
