Hawaii finished the season with a loss to Long Beach State so getting them in their very next game is an emotional advantage for this team. It kept the Warriors under .500 as they enter at 14-15 so they will also be out to avoid a losing season. Long Beach State shot over 50% from the field in that win, something they had not accomplished in any of their 10 previous games. This one sets up nicely for Hawaii, especially since the Warriors did not allow any of their previous seven opponents to shoot 50%, so I think that was a fluke win by the 49ers, which is holding the line down.
