Hawaii at Cal State Bakersfield

Big West Conference co-leader Hawaii is in a prime letdown spot here, traveling from the island to take on lowly Cal State Bakersfield, which is last in the Big West at 2-11. The Rainbow Warriors have a bigger game on deck when they play at Cal State Northridge on Saturday. Cal State Northridge is tied for third in the conference. The Roadrunners are 6-7 at home compared to 2-10 on the road. Hawaii has failed to cover in each of its last three games, the last two as a favorite against San Diego and Long Beach State.
