The Spartans were held to a .357 shooting percentage and their leading scorer had only 14 points. Georgia State is picked to be near the bottom of the Sun Belt Conference and returns only two starters from a 24-10 team. The Panthers have a new coach in Rob Lanier after Ron Hunter went to Tulane. Georgia State finished the season just 2-6 ATS its last eight road contests and Charleston has covered four of its last five versus Sun Belt teams.
