Gardner Webb at Hampton

Gardner Webb and Hampton met in their last game, but the Bulldogs shot just 30% from the field in one of their worst showings of the season. Despite the poor shooting, the game topped the total and the oddsmakers have actually shaved a couple of points off the total in the rematch today.  Hampton shot a pedestrian 45% in the game, so these teams left a lot of points on the table. This is back-to-back games, and that should take its toll on the defenses, and I look for better shooting and easier looks in this game. The pace was strong with 128 shots put up as well.
