It took a layup with 10 seconds left for Nevada to escape with a 66-65 win as a 4.5-point road favorite against Fresno State in the first meeting this season. The Bulldogs can stay close to the Wolf Pack again. Fresno State has one of the Mountain West Conference's top scorers in Jake Heidbreder. The Bulldogs play elite 3-point defense, ranking seventh nationally, holding foes to 28.2 percent shooting from deep. The Bulldogs are 4-2 SU and 5-1 ATS in their last six games. They have won and covered their past two games, upsetting UNLV at home and rolling past Air Force, 79-62, on the road. Nevada just lost, 91-87 in overtime, to Boise State on the road this past Tuesday. The Wolf Pack received just three points from their bench players in that loss. That is a concern for them.
