Florida State at Pittsburgh

The Pitt Panthers have been known for their defensive prowess under Coach Jaime Dixon. This year they don't seem to have the same level of intensity, or quality of players that once seemed to impose their defensive will on teams as they used to. Pitt has allowed 81 points to Indiana, 74 to San Diego State, and 71 to Clemson. Florida State has shown flashes of being able to get up and down as they put up 86 points vs. Virginia Tech two games ago, and should be able to score enough here to bring this one into a close contest down the stretch. The Panthers have been horrid following a spread loss as they are 5-20-1 ATS in their next contest after suffering one in their last game, and have failed to cover any of their last six overall.
