Florida International at Cleveland State

Cleveland State has already established itself as one of the worst teams in the country with an 0-3 ATS record. The Vikings come off a 27-point loss at South Carolina on Friday while shooting 39.2 percent and hitting only two three-pointers the whole game. Florida International is optimistic this year after finishing 20-14 in 2018-19 and the Golden Panthers return four starters. Both of FIU's lined games this season have gone UNDER, including an 86-77 loss at North Carolina State when the Panthers shot 51.0 percent and still stayed UNDER. The Vikings have gone UNDER in two of their three games and FIU has stayed UNDER four of its last five road contests and five of six non-conference games dating to last season.
