The Memphis Tigers opened the season at 11-4. I think since Penny Hardaway has taken over the program the expectations are higher. The Tigers have taken on the personality of a team that seems to struggle against a lot of inferior teams but is highly competitive vs elite teams. The Tigers have played well under the line as they have now failed to cover 4 straight games. East Carolina is 10-6 on the season and has 3 dog wins to show for it. I think they fit the profile of a team that is capable of hanging around in this one, and the Memphis blueprint suggests a less-than-stellar performance i this one. Make the play on East Carolina
