The Florida Atlantic basketball program is thriving under Dusty May. The Owls arrived on the National scene last year, have all five starers returning, and are off to a 10-3 start including a signature win vs. Arizona. One weakness they've shown is that they seem to play down to the level of competition. They somehow managed to lose 61-52 as a 23.5-point favorite vs. Bryant, and their last time on the floor they fell to Florida Gulf Coast as a 17.5-point favorite.
